Practice questions

Radiology Core exam practice questions with image-first review

CorePrep pairs exam-style clinical stems with the images residents need for meaningful radiology board review. Every question ends in a teaching explanation, so missed questions turn into targeted learning instead of just a lower score.

What a CorePrep question looks like

Each question starts with a short clinical stem and one or more images. Depending on the case you may scroll through a CT or MRI stack, compare views, or mark the abnormality on the image. You pick one best answer, then read an explanation covering the finding, the diagnosis, and why each other choice is less likely.

Practice that reflects radiology workflow

Residents learn through images, patterns, and clinical context. Keeping images central to the question means you practice the same skill you use on service: recognize the finding, narrow the differential, and choose the next step.

Coverage across the Core sections

Questions are organized by section (Breast, cardiovascular, GI, genitourinary, interventional, musculoskeletal, neuro, nuclear medicine, pediatrics, thoracic, ultrasound, physics, NIS, and RISC), so you can practice one area in depth or mix sections for exam-style variety.

Designed for repeated review

Filter new tests by unused, missed, or flagged questions to revisit what you got wrong. Timed sessions build pacing, tutor mode builds understanding, and analytics show when a weak section has caught up.
